Job Description

As a Security Guard - Bank Patrol Driver in Tempe, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. Your visible presence, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional customer service will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. This site requires a valid driver's license as part of your responsibilities. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities, as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the financial institution location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and observe for unusual situations.
• Observe and report security-related incidents and/or suspicious activity as directed by site procedures.
• Support access control protocols for the location, monitoring entry and exit points as required.
• Maintain a professional presence while interacting with employees, visitors and/or customers at the financial institution location.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal supervisors and site contacts to communicate incidents or concerns according to established procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
