Job Overview:

We are seeking a Pediatric Therapist (Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Mental Health Counselor) to join our team and provide high-quality, compassionate counseling services to children, adolescents, and families. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse pediatric populations in a variety of settings, including schools, clinics, and home-based environments.

Candidates who already reside in Tucson, AZ, or are in the process of relocating, are preferred.

• Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions for children and adolescents

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as play therapy, CBT, trauma-informed care, and family systems approaches

• Provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for young clients and their caregivers

• Collaborate closely with parents, teachers, healthcare providers, and other professionals to ensure integrated, holistic care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with professional and agency standards

• Must hold a valid Arizona state license as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC

• Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families is required

• Knowledge of child development, behavioral interventions, and trauma-informed care

• Strong communication, empathy, and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is a plus
