Job Description:

TPUSA is seeking an experienced, hard-working, and professional Director of Information Technology to be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's technology systems. The IT Director will work with the leadership team to create a long term vision for the IT department, implement new enterprise-level systems, and maintain all IT infrastructure, software, and hardware companywide. The director will be responsible for implementing security improvements, mitigating risks, and developing a technology strategy to support organizational growth. Additional responsibilities may include building an IT team, managing contracts and vendor relations, partnering with leadership to develop IT policies, and taking initiative to improve day to day IT operations and support. This role also has a strong focus on reliability, confidentiality, and efficiency. It requires proactively identifying risks, optimizing systems, and ensuring technology initiatives align with the organization's needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of progressive IT experience, including employee management;
• Monitor performance of existing IT infrastructures while maintaining the relationship of our third party IT services;
• Perform data backup and recovery processes;
• Develop strategy as it relates to the organization's IT infrastructure (computer and information systems, security, communication systems);
• Develop, manage, and track the IT department's annual budget;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with various groups of people;
• Punctual, reliable, and very responsive, demonstrating ethical and responsible behavior;
• Ethical and responsible behavior managing budgets & corporate expense accounts;
• Innovative nature, desire to try new things, & ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment;
• Passion for conservative ideals and principles;
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills;
• Strong understanding of networks, systems administration, and cybersecurity;
• The ability to handle the stress and demand of a high level position;
• Demonstrates the physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 15 lbs;
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to locations as needed.

• Experience in IT strategy and implementation;
• Degree or education in Information technology;
• Certifications may include: CISSP, PMP, CISM, ITIL;
• Familiarity with compliance and best data practices;
• Experience leading projects and managing vendors, budgets, etc.
