What You’ll Do:

• Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices, reconcile statements, schedule payments, and help
• Maintain accurate records, supporting month-end close and financial reporting during preopening and ongoing operations
• Collaborate with finance team members to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Assist with special projects, expense reports, and general ledger tasks as needed
• Play a key role in setting up processes and procedures that will support the resort long-term

What You Bring:

• Some experience or coursework in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping preferred (but a strong willingness to learn goes a long way!)
• Detail-oriented and organized with a knack for numbers
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods while working on financial records and systems
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs (boxes of invoices, office supplies, etc.)
• Comfortable moving around the office and assisting team members as needed
