Job Summary:

The GDI Ainsworth family is looking for an energetic team member to responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs in various types of heavy equipment including generators, air compressors, tractors, backhoes, industrial mowers, water trucks, water pumps, electric motors, forklifts, farm implements, & trailers

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
• Performing preventative maintenance.
• Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
• Coordinating and overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
• Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
• Completion of electronic or paper-based records of maintenance tasks and work orders.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Minimum 10+ years experience or certification preferred
• Skills in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and repairing or replacing faulty parts
