What You’ll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 mobile home care for a variety of orthopedic patients

• Deliver patient-focused treatment every 40 minutes

• Bring your specialty and passion to make a meaningful impact

• Receive support to grow your specialty expertise

Compensation & Benefits

• $80–$85 per visit

• Flexible scheduling during weekdays and weekends

Job Requirements

• Active AZ state licensure as a Physical Therapist

• Must be located in Arizona for PRN consideration

• 1 year of outpatient ortho experience required

• Dry Needling certification preferred

• Ability to complete 6 patient visits per week
