General Maintenance Engineer
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of general building/facilities maintenance experience
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Intermediate knowledge of bathroom plumbing fixtures, door hardware, and HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previoushotel or service industry experience preferred
- Strong teamwork and adaptability in a diverse work environment
- Excellent verbal communication and customer engagement skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
- Proficiencywith electronic devices and computers
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
- Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift
- Regular kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting
- Occasional climbing of stairs, ladders, and ramps
- Lift moderate weight, up to 50 lbs.
