Core Technical Requirements
- Java Expert: 6-8 years of robust experience with Java and Spring / Spring Boot .
- Python Backend: 4-5 years of experience in Python, specifically for backend services or data-driven applications.
- Modern Paradigms: Deep understanding of Reactive Programming (WebFlux).
- Streaming & Data: Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven systems and Apache Flink for stream processing.
- Data Stores: Proficiency in Redis (caching), MongoDB (NoSQL), and Oracle (RDBMS).
- API Design: Mastery of RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a strong plus).
- Working knowledge of Google Dialogflow CX or similar conversational frameworks.
- Exposure to LLMs (Large Language Models) , prompt engineering, and agentic architectures.
- Familiarity with ADK (Agent Development Kit) or Playbook frameworks.
- Conceptual grasp of ML fundamentals and model telemetry.
- Experience with Cloud-Native environments (OCP/OpenShift, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong debugging skills in complex, distributed microservices environments.
- Previous experience in FinTech or high-traffic digital assistant platforms is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
