We are currently seeking a reliable and meticulous Personal Shopper to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona, United States . This is a Part-Time , task-based role ideal for a self-motivated individual who excels at providing exceptional service. The successful candidate will assist our diverse clientele with their shopping needs, making their lives easier by providing dependable and high-quality assistance. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $20 - $35 . Responsibilities- Consult with clients to understand their specific shopping requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Source and purchase a wide variety of items, including groceries, clothing, household goods, and specialist gifts.
- Utilise your knowledge of local retail environments to find the best products and value for our clients.
- Manage shopping lists and client funds responsibly, providing clear and accurate receipts for all transactions.
- Ensure the timely and secure delivery of all purchased items directly to the client.
- Communicate professionally and proactively with clients, providing updates on their requests.
- Handle any necessary returns or exchanges efficiently and with a positive attitude.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing a superior client experience.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Must have a valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation.
- Excellent knowledge of the retail landscape in and around Phoenix, Arizona.
- The ability to work independently and demonstrate a high degree of initiative and problem-solving.
