Wilson Engineers has an exciting opportunity for a full-time, experienced Marketing Support Specialist. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of previous experience working for an engineering, architecture, or construction firm.

This position requires 40 hours per week in our Tempe office and is responsible for marketing tasks in support of marketing-related content, branding, and marketing strategies. We are seeking candidates who have strong graphic design, digital, and social media skills, as well as organizational skills.

This role works on-site and is not hybrid nor remote.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• In coordination with the Marketing Manager, helps coordinate graphic design solutions to support the production of winning proposals, long document layouts, PowerPoint presentations, and marketing collateral/brochures
• Responsible for developing and coordinating social media content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Wilson's intranet, and the website
• Experience working with additional creative, visual, interactive, and multimedia tools for photography and video production
• Takes, updates, and maintains employee and project photos
• Assisted in the preparation and attendance of marketing activities, such as sponsorships, award submissions, events, and photography, that align with our objectives and increase brand visibility

Requirements

• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Requires at least 2+ years of experience in engineering, construction, architecture, or a similar industry
• Requires advanced proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Ensures all designs and communications are error-free and adhere to branding guidelines
• Practical written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members and technical staff
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and prioritizing effectively
• Provides support and actively participates in a team-focused workplace
