Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English & Spanish)

Pay: $25/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours

Location: 100% on-site – Tempe, AZ

Start Date: Mid‑March (possibly sooner)

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative , you will support customers through phone, email, and our Freshdesk ticketing system. You’ll provide professional, high‑quality service while resolving customer questions and concerns. This role is not high‑volume , but it does require strong phone skills and a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.

We’re looking for someone who is motivated, customer‑focused, and able to build positive rapport with every interaction.

Required Skills

• Customer service experience
• Inbound call handling
• Customer support or call center experience
• Bilingual (Spanish & English)

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of call center experience
• Prior experience in banking, financial services, or payment processing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to handle demanding customers with patience and professionalism
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
