Senior Project Manager (Mechanical Construction)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage mechanical construction projects, including HVAC, sheet metal, piping, and plumbing installations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while leading a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mechanical construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial targets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle in a timely manner.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure that all necessary permits and regulations are adhered to throughout the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the mechanical construction industry.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, sheet metal, piping, and plumbing systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
