Job Description:

The Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in supporting approximately 300 employees across multiple locations. This is a bilingual role (English/Spanish) responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting leadership, and ensuring compliance with state and federal employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and leave administration.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Oversee workers’ compensation claims and coordinate with insurance providers.
• Administer FMLA, ADA, and other leave programs while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Support and maintain the HRIS system, serving as the main point of contact for troubleshooting and training (Paycom preferred).
• Partner with leadership to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist with compliance reporting and audits.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish – required
• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience supporting diverse employee groups
• Experience within manufacturing, construction, or similar “hands-on” environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and best practices
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (Paycom experience highly preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with flexibility
• Reporting to: Director of Human Resources
