Compensation: $25 – $29 / Hour, plus performance-based bonus

Job Description:

The Paralegal will provide litigation support to attorneys in civil defense matters. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for delivering high-quality legal support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with preparation of discovery, disclosures, and court filings
• Draft, proof, and edit correspondence, pleadings, and legal documents
• Conduct legal research and verify citations
• Ensure compliance with Arizona state and local court rules
• Manage deadlines and case-related tasks with attention to detail
• Provide general support in trial preparation and case management

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in litigation or civil defense
• Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal program or degree with law-related coursework (minimum of 24 semester hours)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ProLaw or Clio is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (flexible with prior communication)
• Start Date: Immediate upon offer acceptance
