In this role, you'll provide direct patient care, monitor recovery progress, and collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure each patient receives personalized, high-quality treatment. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a passion for helping individuals regain independence. Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting care, and supporting therapy plans.
