• Join ongoing training to sharpen your skills.

• Ability to learn new tools and work comfortably online.
  

• Coachable attitude.
  

• Must be able to obtain a state-issued license for this type of work.

Compensation

• Commission-based earning structure.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with no base pay.
