NIGHT SHIFT (20% Pay differential)

Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing

Location: 3617 E La Salle St, Phoenix, AZ 85040

Shift: Night shift (20% Pay differential)

Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required.

Skills Required:

• Read and interpret blue prints and sketches
• Operate and monitor machines to turn, mill, drill, grind, and shape parts according to specifications, controlling factors like speed, feed, and coolant flow.
• Measure and inspect finished parts for defects and to ensure they meet all dimensional and quality requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues with machine tools to ensure optimal performance.

Other Requirements:

• Minimum High School Diploma or trade school
• Must be at least 18 years old and Authorized to work in the US
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds on a regular basis.
• Must be able to stand majority of the shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Understanding of the machine, tool judgment, and ability to make real-time adjustments.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
