Position Summary

We are seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our RV Sales Consultant team at Little Dealer Little Prices. This role offers a rewarding career helping customers discover the joy of RV travel, while working in a unique, fun, and professional environment.

Job Details

• Salary: From $60,000 to $100,000 per year
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Location: Phoenix, AZ 85027

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right RV to meet their lifestyle and budget.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Build lasting relationships and follow up with customers after the sale.
• Stay knowledgeable about RV models, features, and financing options.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

• Some sales experience preferred, but RV sales experience is not required.
• Strong achievement drive and positive attitude.
• High energy, quick learner, accountable, and able to maintain a no-drama approach.
• Effective computer, verbal, and written communication skills with consistent follow-up.
• Coachable, honest, empathetic, and results-driven.
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
