Responsibilities
- Deliver OT services in outpatient orthopedic management with pediatric and general ortho caseload
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor patient progress
- Provide therapeutic interventions to restore function, minimize impairments, and promote independence across age groups
- Collaborate daily with multidisciplinary team members (therapists, physicians, nursing, and support staff) to coordinate care
- Document assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge planning in the electronic medical record
- Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, documentation standards, and scheduling requirements

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of occupational therapy experience
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic care; pediatrics experience strongly preferred
- Ability to manage a flexible schedule and adapt to a 4x10 or 8x5 work pattern
- Willingness to complete compliance steps at least two weeks prior to starting date
- Must be able to work effectively in a rural, outpatient setting and participate as part of a collaborative rehab team
