Bottega Michelangelo in Tucson, AZ is looking for a prep cook to join our 48 person strong team. We are located on 420 W. Magee. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working.

Desinfecte y prepare el equipo y la estación de trabajo para cocinar

Pesar y medir ingredientes.

Funciones básicas de cocción como cocinar pastas, cocinar carnes y preparar salsas

Etiquete el stock e inventariar todos los ingredientes

Transfiere suministros y equipos entre el almacenamiento y las áreas de trabajo.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes
• Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for cooking
• Weigh and measure ingredients
• Basic cooking functions such as cooking pastas, cooking meats and preparing sauces
• Label stock and inventory all ingredients
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and listen to team members
• Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
• Experience as a Prep Cook a plus

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Mondays. Compensation is $14.00 - $16.00/hour.
