PT Dispatch Coordinator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 / hour
• Part Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Tuesday through Saturday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Tracking drivers, making sure they are running on time, completing exceptions in both systems and following up with the customers/clients regarding the exceptions.
• Maintaining assigned reports or open cases in Salesforce
• Completing DDR’s daily within a consecutive timeframe
• Billing or Backup billing
• Answering incoming calls from drivers/clients/customers
• Assist with scheduling received completed orders
• Identifying customer needs, clarifying the information that is given, research every issue and provide solutions
• Managing escalated orders in the medic shop
• Build and maintain a strong working relationship with customers, drivers and client(s)
• Act as the subject matter expert for assigned client(s) by knowing and understanding SOP’s and client expectations
• Respond timely to all inquiries from assigned client(s) via email and/or phone
• Work client specific reports including open order reports, return reports and EMC reports
• Route daily delivery outbound loads for entire state of AZ

PT Dispatch Coordinator Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to proactive identify problems and solve them before they become an issue
• Ability to effectively multi-task, read, interpret and understand large amounts of information
• Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs
