Position Overview

As a Pest Control Sales Representative, you'll work directly with homeowners and prospective customers to identify pest-related concerns, educate them on available solutions, and help them select services that fit their needs.

This is a full-cycle sales position where you'll build relationships, generate new business, manage opportunities, and help customers protect their homes and properties through personalized pest management programs.

You'll have the freedom to manage your schedule, develop your territory, and build a strong book of business while earning uncapped commissions.

What You'll Do

Generate New Business

• Prospect and engage homeowners within assigned territories

• Generate new customer opportunities through networking, referrals, canvassing, and community engagement

• Build relationships with prospective customers and educate them on Pestkee's services

• Develop and maintain a consistent sales pipeline

Consultative Sales Process

• Meet with homeowners to assess pest concerns and property needs

• Present customized pest control and rodent management solutions

• Educate customers on treatment plans, preventative services, and recurring programs

• Explain the value of Pestkee's personalized approach compared to traditional providers

• Close new customer accounts and recurring service agreements

Customer Relationship Management

• Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience

• Build long-term relationships that generate referrals and repeat business

• Maintain accurate records and customer information using company-provided technology tools

• Coordinate with service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
