Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing and outreach to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Develop recruiting playbooks, design and conduct hiring manager training.
- Drive employer branding campaign to attract top talent.
- Partner with leadership to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
- Build strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and creative sourcing.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our culture and values.
- Coordinate a smooth and engaging onboarding process for new hires.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in the SaaS or technology industry (agency or in-house).
- Proven success filling a variety of roles including sales, tech, and corporate G&A.
- Strong sourcing skills and comfort with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
