What’s the job?

As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be the go-to recruiter for positions across Moatable’s portfolio spanning customer success, sales, product, and corporate G&A roles. You’ll work directly with hiring managers to shape talent strategies, build pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing and outreach to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Develop recruiting playbooks, design and conduct hiring manager training.
  • Drive employer branding campaign to attract top talent.
  • Partner with leadership to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Build strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and creative sourcing.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our culture and values.
  • Coordinate a smooth and engaging onboarding process for new hires.

What’s the work location?

You’ll be based out of our stunning, light-filled headquarters in the Warehouse District of Downtown Phoenix—a 17,000-square-foot space designed for collaboration, creativity, and connection. During onboarding and training, you’ll work in-office five days a week to build momentum, meet your teammates, and ramp up with hands-on support. Once key KPIs and performance metrics are met, you’ll transition to a hybrid schedule of three in-office days per week—giving you the flexibility to balance focused work and in-person collaboration.

What's the earning potential ($$$)?

First-year earnings? The role offers a base salary of $65,000 - $75,000, plus eligibility for a 20% performance bonus. Bring your best, and there’s real potential to earn more—it’s a great way to turn great work into real rewards!

Requirements

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in the SaaS or technology industry (agency or in-house).
  • Proven success filling a variety of roles including sales, tech, and corporate G&A.
  • Strong sourcing skills and comfort with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
