Our Sun City office is looking for an experienced Seasonal Tax Preparer who wants to help our clients get the best possible results this tax season, and who takes pride in getting every detail right.

*Please note that this is an in-person position, no remote work available. Schedule can be flexible.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and file accurate tax returns for individuals and small businesses
• Review tax returns with financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Calculate taxes owed or refunds due based on income, expenses, deductions, and credits
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and answer any tax-related questions
• Provide guidance and advice to clients on tax planning strategies
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards

What We're Looking For:

• Knowledge of tax laws or the ability to research if necessary
• Proficient in using tax preparation software (Drake experience is a plus)
• Ability to analyze financial data and interpret tax laws
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with clients
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
