  • Training: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (first 4 weeks)

💼 Job Description (What You’ll Do)

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a fast‑paced call center environment, with some follow‑up calls as needed
• Assist members with prior authorizations, general inquiries, and confidential healthcare information
• Accurately document interactions while navigating multiple systems and maintaining high quality and accuracy standards

✅ Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent (last 2–3 years) high‑volume call center experience
• Stable work history (minimum 1 year tenure in prior roles)
• Experience in healthcare or medical call centers is a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ 85284.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
