Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure the efficiency and profitability of the company.
• Develop and implement strategic goals, business plans, and initiatives to drive growth.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations.
• Provide leadership and direction to all departments, including sales, operations, and administration.
• Promote and be a champion for company culture.
• Recruit, train, and mentor employees to build a high-performing team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Analyze financial reports and identify areas for improvement or cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, labor laws, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a management role, preferably within the flooring, construction, or related industry.
