Role Responsibilities:
- Liaise with municipal departments to complete necessary permit applications efficiently.
- Negotiate to acquire permits essential for survey and installation works.
- Coordinate contract finalization with property owners and administrators.
- Attend project meetings and track meeting minutes and action items to ensure project alignment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 2+ years of project coordination experience.
- 1+ year of experience in permit acquisition from municipalities or HOA.
- Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with familiarity with MS Project.
