React JS Frontend Developer

Akkodis is seeking a React JS Frontend Developer for a Contract with a client in Phoenix, AZ. You will develop high‑performance UI components and integrate them with REST APIs while ensuring secure, efficient workflows across Git-based CI/CD environments .

Rate Range: $45/hour to $47/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

React JS Frontend Developer job responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain high‑quality, scalable frontend components using React.js, JavaScript, and modern UI patterns.

• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and implement secure authentication workflows such as JWT.

• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth user experiences across all supported platforms.

• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams using Git-based version control (GitHub, Bitbucket, GitLab) and follow Gitflow practices.

• Build and support CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) to ensure efficient, reliable deployments.

• Work closely with backend services and cloud environments (AWS, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch) to deliver end‑to‑end product functionality.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3–6 years of hands‑on experience in React.js development and modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Strong expertise in building scalable frontend applications using React.js, REST APIs, and modern authentication mechanisms (e.g., JWT).

• Proven experience working with Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments such as AWS.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $47.00 per hour
