Lab Technician

Job Title : Lab Technician
Location : Oro Valley, AZ
Pay Rate : $23.00/hr
Type : Contract, Potential for extension or conversion to permanent

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service diagnostics lab equipment, including slide scanning and other diagnostics instruments.
• Prepare lab materials and samples for testing and research activities.
• Support laboratory experiments and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Assist in data collection, documentation, and inventory management.
• Handle multiple projects efficiently while prioritizing critical tasks.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a laboratory or diagnostic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
• Excellent communication abilities and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of industry best practices for lab equipment maintenance.
• Experience with hand tools and troubleshooting diagnostics or lab equipment preferred.
