Cannabis Cultivator
Arizona Facility Agent Card Required General Job Description:
The Cultivator is a support and maintenance role within the cultivation department, working under the direction of Cultivation Managers to help meet established performance and production standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the health of mother plants
- Take clones from mother plants and ensure the health of clones
- Transplant plants into the vegetative stage and maintain plant health
- Transfer plants into flowering rooms
- Trellis plants in the flower room
- Prune plants and provide guidance to Canopy Technicians
- Mix and apply nutrients; feed plants via irrigation or hand-watering as needed
- Follow Integrated Pest Management protocols as directed by Cultivation Managers
- Perform daily and weekly cleaning of all cultivation areas
- Maintain and care for all cultivation-related equipment
- Carry out additional tasks or instructions provided by management About Vangst:
