Job Description

The Director of Technology, AI and Product Management is a leadership position responsible for executing Carey’s product, roadmap, and execution strategy. This role ensures that Carey delivers world-class, technology-driven products and services that enhance B2B and b2C client experience, optimize operational efficiency, and maintain Carey’s position as the leader in luxury ground transportation. The director will drive product strategy, innovation, and execution, ensuring alignment between customer needs, market opportunities, and Carey’s business objectives. A critical part of this role is building AI literacy across the product function, ensuring that emerging AI technologies are leveraged responsibly to enhance product capabilities and customer value.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence is preferred.

Experience:

• 12+ years of progressive product management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering successful digital products in customer-facing or operationally complex industries.
• Strong experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.
• Experience applying AI and machine learning in product strategy, development, or customer engagement.

Skills & Competencies:

• Expertise in product management methodologies, road mapping, and lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with proven ability to translate insights into actionable roadmaps.
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
