Engineer Support Specialist II - Turbofan & Turboprop

As an **Engineering Support Specialist II** here at Honeywell, you will be a key contributor to our engineering team, providing day-to-day operational support to drive the success of our program activities. You will report directly to our **Engineering Manager** and you'll work out of our **Phoenix, AZ** location on a **Hybrid** work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of our engineering support operations by assisting with the successful completion of projects, enhancing support efficiency, and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes. Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Work with a team of engineers to execute programs. + Provide assistance of managing program financial data and schedule information to the team. + Help with cross-functional team communication to execute project plans. + Assist with successful completion of projects within budget and scope. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency. YOU MUST HAVE + Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. + 2+ years of experience in engineering or technical support. + Proven track record of providing technical support and guidance to engineering teams. WE VALUE + Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering). + Strong leadership and team management skills. + Experience in aerospace engineering or related fields. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Passion for teamwork, communication and continuous learning. + Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. + Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks. + Customer-focused mindset and ability to build strong relationships. + Continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive process enhancements. The annual base salary range for this position is $74,900 - $93,450. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
