Region Administrative Assistant (Chandler)
Job Summary
The Region Administrative Assistant provides a variety of administrative and staff support services to designated Region. This job reports to the Regional Vice President.
Major Responsibilities
- Provides support in the following areas: technical, maintenance, new store openings, region communication meetings, and ordering supplies.
- Handles incoming phone calls; responds to customer complaints; redirects questions/issues to appropriate resource.
- Interfaces with Payroll Department to ensure employee paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Processes AS/400 and other reports as assigned.
- Provides administrative support to Regional Vice Presidents and District Managers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent with a minimum of 3-year related experience.
- Excellent attention to details.
- Planning and exceptional organization skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationship with internal and external customers.
- Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Knowledge of AS/400 and 10-key operations.

This is a full-time position, Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
