CDL-A Reefer Truck Driver Job Overview

• Six-figure potential with weekly consistency. Top drivers earn $100,000+ per year, with an average gross of $1,800 per week thanks to steady miles and performance-based pay.



• Pay that rewards miles driven. Earn $0.57 CPM total-including a $0.42 CPM base plus $0.15 CPM M&IE, with an additional $0.03 CPM weekly bonus applied to all miles once you hit 3,000 miles.



• Freight that keeps it simple. Run 100% no-touch reefer freight, so you spend more time driving and less time loading or waiting.



• Predictable time on the road. Typical schedules run 10-14 days out with planned home time you can count on.
