We’re seeking a senior leader to drive growth and execution across a portfolio delivering networking, data transport, cybersecurity, and high-assurance cryptographic solutions supporting critical national assets.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and grow a portfolio of high-value development & production programs
• Oversee teams delivering space, satellite, data transport, and secure communications solutions
• Drive program execution, team leadership, and customer relationship management
• Lead business development efforts , identifying and capturing new/adjacent opportunities
• Develop and execute short- and long-term strategic growth plans
• Guide organizations through change management and transformation initiatives
• Collaborate across internal leadership and external partners to deliver best value solutions
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through strong program performance
• Utilize financial metrics, operational data, and business measurements to drive decisions
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship (required by federal law)
• Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph (REQUIRED)
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Master’s + 13 yrs OR Bachelor’s + 15+ yrs experience)
• Proven experience managing complex, high-value development and production programs
• Experience with:
• Satellites / Space Systems / Space Missions
• Data Transport & Networking
• High-Assurance Cryptographic & Security Solutions
• Working with Certification Authorities
• Demonstrated leadership in:
• People management, team building, and program execution
• Customer relationships and business development
• Proven ability to:
• Lead organizational change
• Influence and communicate vision effectively
• Balance process, speed, and delivery outcomes
• Strong experience in:
• Strategic planning (short & long term growth)
• Financial management, reporting, and operational metrics
• Negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement
• Proven track record of:
• Building trusted customer relationships
• Delivering high customer satisfaction across large programs/business areas

Preferred / Ideal Experience

• Background in space, embedded, or avionics solution development & production
• Established relationships within Space, Avionics, Cryptography, and Networking communities
• Experience working on compartmented programs
• Experience with Agile development environments
• Experience leading a business segment, business area, or highly complex program portfolio
• Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail
