Job Title: Billing Clerk ( Must be fluent in French)
Location: Phoenix, AZ– Hybrid (4 days in office required)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a go-getter mentality who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for processing 200–250 service tickets daily , verifying invoices, and ensuring all revenue is accurately captured. Strong attention to detail, urgency, and the ability to communicate fluently in French (written and verbal) are non-negotiable requirements for this position.

While this is not currently a temp-to-hire role, high-performing individuals may have opportunities to advance within the company. This is a teachable role, and we are looking for candidates ready to embrace the challenge with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process a high volume of service tickets (200–250 per day) accurately and efficiently.

• Ensure all invoices are correctly closed and revenue for services is fully captured.

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely issue resolution.

• Maintain accurate and organized records and files.

• Respond promptly to email inquiries and support the finance team with administrative tasks.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures related to accounts payable and billing.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.

• Strong organizational and time management skills for managing high-volume workloads.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English .

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the team.

• Proficiency in Excel and other basic office applications.

Education

• High School Diploma required.
