Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced or entry level Industrial Sewer to join our production team. This role involves sewing a variety of commercial-grade fabrics using both single and double needle sewing machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to handle heavy lifting, and a willingness to learn our methods, procedures, and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate single and double needle sewing machines

Sew various types of commercial fabrics with precision and quality

Follow company sewing methods, procedures, and production standards

Perform heavy lifting as needed for materials and products

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Collaborate with team members in a positive, family-oriented work environment

Work overtime when requested (seasonal flexibility required)

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an industrial sewer

Proficient in using single and double needle machines

Able to work with a variety of commercial fabrics

Comfortable with heavy lifting

Willingness to learn and adapt to company-specific processes

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Schedule & Work Environment:

Part-time position, in-shop environment

Hours may be adjusted seasonally or due to weather conditions

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay range: $18.00 – $28.00 per hour, depending on experience and skill level

Overtime opportunities

Job Type: Part-Time

Expected hours: 20-25 per week
