What You'll Do

• Process a high volume of invoices with efficiency and accuracy
• Perform three-way matching and ensure proper invoice workflow management
• Review and validate transactions, applying critical thinking rather than simply entering data
• Partner with internal departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies
• Help maintain smooth AP operations in a deadline-driven environment

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable, AP Analysis, or related accounting experience
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes, three-way matching, and invoice workflows
• Proficiency in Excel ; ERP system experience is a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-service-oriented approach
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
