We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping organizations meet their hiring needs through our recruitment and workforce solutions.

Working closely with the Sales Director, you will identify prospective clients, conduct consultative sales presentations, manage opportunities through the CRM system, and guide prospects through the sales process. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys business development, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering staffing solutions that create lasting partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.

• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently engaging prospective clients.

• Present HireFrontier's staffing and recruitment services to businesses across various industries.

• Understand client workforce challenges and recommend customized hiring and recruitment solutions.

• Negotiate service agreements and successfully close new business opportunities.

• Maintain accurate client records, sales activities, and pipeline updates using CRM and sales management software.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to strengthen relationships and encourage repeat business.

• Collaborate with recruiters and account management teams to ensure successful candidate placements and client satisfaction.

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

• Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruitment best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in direct sales, business development, account management, or B2B sales.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to generate leads and manage a sales pipeline independently.

• Experience using CRM platforms and sales tracking software.

• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus).

• Previous experience selling staffing, recruitment, HR, or workforce solutions preferred.

• Knowledge of consultative selling techniques and client relationship management.

• Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

• Experience working in staffing, recruiting, human resources, or professional services is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated ability to develop long-term client partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
