We’re looking for a Packaging Team Member who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and prep, weigh, label, and pack each item with care, compliance, and consistency. 🌱

This role is all about accuracy, cleanliness, and hustle — with plenty of teamwork and room to grow.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinates with management to ensure proper, compliant, and efficient product assembly and packaging
• Performs weighing, assembly, packaging, and labeling of products
• Provides maintenance of processing and assembly equipment, restocks all assembly and packaging supplies, and maintains a clean, safe, and compliant work area.

What You’ll Bring

• Demonstrated ability to understand weights and measures in standard and metric systems.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize weighing, assembly, and packaging equipment.
• General knowledge of cannabis and related products.
• Excellent skills in basic mathematics.
• Applicant must be twenty-one (21) years of age;
• Applicant must consent to a criminal background check performed by the Company and/or the Arizona Department of Health Services
• Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of the criminal background check conducted by the Arizona Department of Health Services.
• Valid Arizona Identification
• High school diploma or equivalent. Experience and education may be substituted for one another.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (or equivalent) if required by your state.
