Food Runner - New Location Opening!

**Job Title: Food Runner**

**Location: 12645 N Saguaro Blvd #11, Fountain Hills, AZ 85268**

Streets of New York is a casual pizza restaurant serving Arizona for almost 50 years! We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional food and a memorable dining experience to our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables swiftly and accurately in a friendly and professional manner. 

- Ensure accuracy of order presentation, checking that dishes match the placement as required by service expectations. 

- Support servers by fulfilling additional requests from guests, such as bringing out condiments, extra napkins, silverware etc.

- Maintain clean and organized serving stations, ensuring utensils, plates, and napkins are readily available. 

- Assist in restocking necessary items for serving stations between meals. 

- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure service runs smoothly and efficiently. 

- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and relay any concerns or special requests to relevant team members. 

- Assist in pre-close and closing duties. 

- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.

**Qualifications:**

- Experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.

- Ability to stay calm and composed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. 

- Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability. 

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction. 

- Ability to carry and balance plates or trays safely and efficiently.

- Must have a current Maricopa County Food Handler's Certification or be willing to obtain one before start. 

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Must be authorized to work in the United States, we utilize E-Verify.
