**CTG is seeking to fill an Outreach.io Engineer position for our client in Phoenix, AZ.**
**Duration:** 12 months
**Duties:**
+ Configure, administer, and optimize Outreach.io to support sales and customer success teams.
+ Build, streamline, and maintain sequences, workflows, and automation rules.
+ Integrate Outreach.io with Salesforce, ensuring accurate field mappings, clean data sync, and adherence to data governance standards.
+ Develop scalable solutions using APIs, scripting, and integration tools to enhance platform functionality.
+ Monitor system performance, troubleshoot sync issues, and implement best practices.
+ Partner with Sales, RevOps, and IT teams to translate business needs into Outreach.io capabilities.
+ Create documentation, training materials, and process guides to support user adoption.
**Skills:**
+ Advanced proficiency with Outreach.io configuration, automation, and workflow design.
+ Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM integrations and data handling.
+ Familiarity with APIs, scripting (Python, JavaScript, or SQL), and integration frameworks.
+ Solid grasp of sales team operations and revenue lifecycle processes.
+ Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
**Experience:**
+ 3+ years of hands-on experience with Outreach.io (configuration, sequence creation, workflow automation).
+ Demonstrated success integrating Outreach.io with Salesforce CRM.
+ Experience supporting SDR, AE, and CSM teams and optimizing sales engagement processes.
+ Background working with APIs and automation scripting.
**Education:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
