What You'll Do

Virtual Client Acquisition & Lead Management

  • Connect with prospective clients through phone, virtual meetings, and digital communication channels

  • Follow up with interested individuals and families seeking life insurance solutions

  • Build rapport and establish trust with clients in a virtual setting

  • Generate and manage a consistent pipeline of opportunities

  • Schedule and conduct virtual consultations

Life Insurance Sales & Client Education

  • Educate families on life insurance and financial protection options

  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions

  • Present insurance products clearly and professionally through virtual appointments

  • Handle objections confidently and professionally

  • Guide clients through the application and underwriting process

  • Help clients make informed decisions regarding their financial protection needs

Relationship Building

  • Develop long-term relationships with clients and referral partners

  • Follow up consistently throughout the sales process

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity

  • Represent Polaris Financial with professionalism and integrity

  • Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after policy placement

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Door-to-Door (D2D) sales experience strongly preferred

  • Previous life insurance, financial services, appointment setting, retail sales, customer service, or phone sales experience is a plus

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable speaking with clients throughout the day via phone and virtual meetings

  • Ability to work independently and manage your schedule

  • Self-disciplined and productive in a remote environment

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
