What You'll Do
Virtual Client Acquisition & Lead Management
Connect with prospective clients through phone, virtual meetings, and digital communication channels
Follow up with interested individuals and families seeking life insurance solutions
Build rapport and establish trust with clients in a virtual setting
Generate and manage a consistent pipeline of opportunities
Schedule and conduct virtual consultations
Life Insurance Sales & Client Education
Educate families on life insurance and financial protection options
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
Present insurance products clearly and professionally through virtual appointments
Handle objections confidently and professionally
Guide clients through the application and underwriting process
Help clients make informed decisions regarding their financial protection needs
Relationship Building
Develop long-term relationships with clients and referral partners
Follow up consistently throughout the sales process
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
Represent Polaris Financial with professionalism and integrity
Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after policy placement
What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
Previous Door-to-Door (D2D) sales experience strongly preferred
Previous life insurance, financial services, appointment setting, retail sales, customer service, or phone sales experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking with clients throughout the day via phone and virtual meetings
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
Self-disciplined and productive in a remote environment
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
