Position: Mortgage Customer Service Representative

What You’ll Do:

✅ Be the first point of contact for customers after their licensed loan officer discussion

✅ Answer 40-50 inbound calls and texts with professionalism and empathy

✅ Perform data entry and validation to keep things running smoothly

✅ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and move loans forward

✅ Respond to emails, chats, and calls from customers and authorized third parties

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
