A growing manufacturing company in the west valley in Phoenix is seeking a bilingual HR professional to lead and enhance all aspects of human resources operations. This role is responsible for developing, writing, and implementing company policies, procedures, and employee manuals while ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations. The ideal candidate will drive HR best practices across onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal standards
- Safety and compliance expert, knowledgable in all aspects of safety within a manufacturing company
- Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Oversee onboarding, training, and HR process improvements
- Partner with leadership to build a strong, compliant, and scalable HR infrastructure
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, policies, and procedures development
