About Premier Lighting
Premier Lighting is a national supplier of lighting for multifamily construction projects. We are launching a fully revamped ecommerce website and expanding our online sales presence. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who wants to build something meaningful—driving digital strategy, online revenue, and brand visibility as we scale.

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and creatively driven Marketing Manager to lead our Shopify rebuild and manage all digital marketing initiatives. This role blends ecommerce strategy, digital advertising, brand development, and hands-on execution. You will own the full online customer journey—from awareness to conversion to retention.

What You’ll Own
Shopify Website & Ecommerce Management

• Lead the relaunch, optimization, and ongoing performance of our Shopify store.
• Improve product pages, navigation, SEO, and onsite conversion rate.
• Test and enhance user experience, page performance, and mobile flow.
• Manage integrations, apps, and Shopify backend settings.

Digital Marketing & Growth

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and email.
• Plan and optimize paid advertising to increase qualified traffic and online revenue.
• Build and manage our social media content strategy and posting calendar.
• Track KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Ecommerce Operations

• Oversee ShopPremier order processing, customer communication, and coordination with fulfillment.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, smooth fulfillment workflows, and timely resolution of customer issues.

Creative, Branding & Content

• Champion brand consistency across all digital channels.
• Work with designers or vendors to develop graphics, ads, and promotional content.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Lead recurring marketing meetings with leadership.
• Present performance metrics, insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to support broader company initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms.
• Strong digital marketing experience (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics).
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication, copywriting, and brand storytelling skills.
• Creative eye for design and digital aesthetics.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SEO, email marketing, and ecommerce funnels.
• Familiarity with Shopify apps, Klaviyo, or other email platforms.
• Graphic design tools (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
• Background in ecommerce operations or customer support is a plus.
