📋 Requirements & Experience:
- Active AZ License
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
- NIH Certification
- Minimum 2+ years ICU experience
- Preferred: Impella / IABP experience
- May float as needed
- Blocked schedule considered
Patient ratio: 1:2 (ICU) or 1:3 (Step-down)
