Business Operations Analyst

Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Phoenix, AZ. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• This role blends operations planning, project management, and data analysis to drive on-time delivery, optimize resources, and improve supply chain performance.
• The successful candidate combines analytical rigor with cross-functional leadership-driving alignment across Operations, Supply Chain, and Project Management to enable predictable, efficient, and data-driven execution.
• Production Planning & Scheduling
  1. Translate customer demand, backlog, and forecast signals, and execute on order fulfillment.
  2. Continuously monitor plan adherence, identify gaps, and drive recovery plans to meet delivery targets.
• Project & Program Management
  1. Act as a cross-functional project manager for escalations, recovery initiatives, and drive corrective action cross-functionally
  2. Lead coordination meetings between manufacturing, supply chain, planning, and Spares Ops teams
  3. Develop and maintain project timelines, action trackers, and risk mitigation plans, including the maintenance of project expectations within the Spares Enterprise.
• Data Analysis & Reporting
  1. Use data-driven insights to optimize order fulfillment and on-time delivery. Build or facilitate development of dashboards or reports (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to monitor key metrics.
  2. Partner with programmers and the analytics team for more complex and longer-term asks.
  3. Work with functional Small and Medium-sized Enterprises as needed to convey business needs.
  4. Identify and detect upstream deviations and defects that negatively impact the order fulfillment process.
  5. Perform root-cause analysis and propose and execute measurable corrective actions.
  6. Leverage Enterprise Resource Planning ( Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing ) and planning tools to analyze demand/supply trends, simulate scenarios, and support decision-making.
  7. Partner with analytics teams to automate planning reports and enhance forecast visibility

  5. Escalates within the client Management System as needed.

• Pay rate: $34.18/Hour
• Hours: 40 Hours/Week
• Length: Contract (24 Months)

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning, procurement, spares operations, or project management.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or Operations or Industrial Engineering or Business
• Semiconductor equipment manufacturing or high-tech hardware experience
• Proficient in Enterprise Resource Planning/Material Requirements Planning systems (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing), Advanced Excel, or data visualization tools.
• Demonstrated project management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present to all organizational levels.
