- Location: Tucson Arizona
- Contract: Locum
- Rate: $230/hour (with paid travel, lodging, and malpractice included)
- Facility: 4 OR's
- Case Mix: General, Ortho, Vascular, Regional, Head/Spine, Urology, GYN
- Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks
- Coverage:
- Physician : 8 hour shifts - Monday-Friday
- Support: 20 RN's, 5 APP's
- Call: Required (weeknight and weekend call)
- EMR System: Cerner
