Administrative Assistant

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5pm

Expected Start Date: November 10th

Location : Phoenix, AZ (onsite - Deer Valley)

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of admin experience with at least 1 year within healthcare field.
• Plus if you have knowledge of eligibility, verification of benefits, and prior authorizations.

Description

• Greets and directs visitors and patient if applicable
• Monitors the status of assignments and projects for assigned Leadership.
• Responsible for preparing meeting minutes.
• Maintains appointment calendars.
• Anticipates needs by gathering records, reports, correspondence, or other specific information and assists in preparation for meetings
• Answers and screens telephone calls. Returns telephone calls as needed.
• Composes correspondence and distributes to the appropriate individuals.
• Prepares various documents and handles confidential matters in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Assists with compiling financial, statistical data and reports as assigned.
• Responsible for receiving, sorting and distributing mail. Receives packages and signs off on deliveries.
• Coordinates travel as appropriate.
• Special projects as necessary.
• Fulfills other reception duties as assigned.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
